1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Claraline ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claraline provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for local service businesses. The Service includes voice call handling, appointment booking, contact management, and a web dashboard for configuration and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Claraline offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your phone number will be released upon cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws, (b) transmit harmful or illegal content, (c) impersonate another person or entity, (d) interfere with the operation of the Service, or (e) use the AI system in ways that could cause harm to callers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers before their calls are handled by the AI system.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Claraline is not liable for missed calls, incorrect bookings, or any damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
